Requirements and Eligibility of the PASGR DAAD Scholarships

Eligibility for the PASGR DAAD Scholarships 2024 for the Master of Research and Public Policy is open to sub-Saharan African students seeking to pursue this specific program.

Applicants must hold citizenship in a sub-Saharan African country listed by the university. They should also be admitted to study the Master of Research and Public Policy (MRPP) program at one of the participating universities listed on the official website.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least second class honors upper division or its equivalent from an accredited university.

The completion of the last university degree should be within the past six years from the time of application.

The scholarship is targeted at students from various sub-Saharan African countries, including but not limited to Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Democratic Republic), and many others.

Applicants are required to submit a filled and signed PASGR Scholarship Application Form, a signed curriculum vitae in PDF format, certified scanned PDF copies of all university degree certificates and transcripts, proof of admission offer from the university, a letter of motivation, and two letters of reference.
